OD Centre Ghana is a non-profit organisation, specialised in organisation and leadership development, change management, executive coaching, leadership transitions, and strategic human capacity development.

OD Centre-Ghana was incorporated in 1993, and functions with a team of experienced faculty, consisting of local and international consultants who offer up-to-date and cutting edge engagement processes that enable systems to turn around and re-align towards enhanced effectiveness.
