Gestalt Organisation and Leadership Development Programme (GOLD)
OD Centre-Ghana offers a 16-months, five-modular programme in Gestalt Organisation and Leadership Development that is modelled after the International Gestalt Organisation and Leadership (iGOLD) Programme provided by its partner organisation, the iGOLD Centre, GestaltOD Partners (www.gestaltod.com). The GOLD programme is a practitioner formation programme that enables leaders, executives, managers, process facilitators, consultants and change managers to become better at what they do through enhanced awareness and use of self, personal growth, and an ability to enact calibrated interventions at different levels of system. The programme builds capacity in executive coaching, management of conflict in organisational settings, culture change and turn-around strategies, strategic management, and leadership development.
