Ten months. Six modules. Accra, Ghana.
Begins February 2027 — in-person modules in Accra, Ghana, plus virtual sessions.
Why Now
Organisations today are expected to navigate uncertainty, complexity, rapid change, and increasingly diverse human systems. These realities demand more than technical leadership skills.
They call for leaders who can understand themselves, work with people, and respond thoughtfully to complexity.
G-TUMI is an executive leadership formation programme for senior leaders and practitioners who recognise that leading people and organisations requires more than technical competence or accumulated experience. It requires a deeper understanding of self, others, and the systems within which leadership takes place.
Drawing on African perspectives of Gestalt leadership and organisation development, G-TUMI explores the patterns, behaviours, and relational dynamics that influence how leaders think, decide, and act — creating space for participants to examine not only what they do as leaders, but who they are while doing it.
The work is experiential, reflective, and practice-based. Rather than adding another leadership model to apply, the programme develops greater awareness of the unconscious patterns that shape leadership practice and organisational life.

The programme is particularly relevant to leaders working within African and African-descended organisational contexts, and to practitioners whose work involves supporting African organisations and communities.
